This time I'm avoiding them far more often, though nut flour had made the occasional appearance (mainly when baking for gatherings). I'm going to implement some new habits when it comes to my eating in hopes that I will see faster results. If you want to tweak, consider reducing dates, honey and other sources of fructose (which arguably play a major role in telling the body to hold/add fat). Eat plenty of good fat (especially beef, butter, eggs) -- don't be "faileo". Consider reducing nuts / nut butter -- they may displace better things since they're so easy. And: remember that some of the changes can be temporary while losing weight.
